We only need the device to do the analysis and no extra accessories are needed (cables, power supplies, etc.). In the case of notebooks, desktops, or any other device that contains a hard drive, SSD, or other form of storage, this must be removed before it is sent for recovery. When we receive your device, we will start the countdown for sending the analysis and estimate to your e-mail.
This deadline will follow the modality chosen when filling out the form:
urgent (up to 12h), priority (up to 24h) or free (up to 48h).
We remind you that in case the budget is not approved, the costs of returning the device (R$55 – Brazil and 10 € – Portugal) are paid by the client, and it will be returned to the preferred address.
Cables, sources, cases, covers, cases, etc. are not needed in the data recovery process, so there is no need to have them on hand.
