After receiving the budget, how to shorten the deadline?
If you need to reduce the deadline, there will always be the option of hiring urgently.
With an increase of 50% over the original amount, it is possible to reduce the deadline by about 50% of the total.

There are 3 options for analysis/budget:

- Priority (up to 24h): Budget within 24 hours after receiving the device. Cost: R$ 287,00

Is the charge per amount of data recovered?
No. Our charge is made depending on the problem the device presents and the complexity of access to data. The amount or type of file to be recovered will not influence the amount charged. Understand better how Bot composes the costs in this article of our Blog.
What is necessary when bringing or sending a device?
Is data recovery guaranteed?
After the data recovery processes, can my disk be used?
Not usually. Exceptions are cases of deleted data, ransomware or others where the device is not damaged.
Our goal will always be to recover the data and not to repair the device, so in most cases it will not be possible to use the device for data storage after the recovery services have been performed.
