What to do now

What we recover

Phones and tablets that will not turn on, are stuck in a loop, were dropped or got wet.

What to send

The device, with its charger if possible. Tell the team the model and what happened. Pickup is free anywhere in the mainland United States (islands are not included): pack the device with impact protection; the carrier brings the label, not the box. We do not accept complete computers, only the storage device.

How it works

  1. Intake. We log the device and the files that matter most to you.
  2. Technical diagnosis. We identify the fault and the technical feasibility. The quote is sent within 48 hours with the standard diagnosis, which is free.
  3. Recovery. Whenever possible, the media is cloned and all work is done on the copy, preserving the original. Mechanical failures are only handled in the Bot WhiteRoom®, Bot’s ISO 5 cleanroom.
  4. Validation and delivery. Before delivery, you check the result through file listings and opened samples.

Price and turnaround

The quote is presented after the diagnosis: up to 48 hours for the standard one, which is free; up to 24 hours for priority (US$ 127) and up to 12 hours for urgent (US$ 270), taxes included and deducted from the service if you approve it. The diagnosis is the same in all three options; only the turnaround changes. You can pay in 3 interest-free instalments. See prices.
