Important

We only need the device to do the analysis and no extra accessories are needed (cables, power supplies, etc.). In the case of notebooks, desktops, or any other device that contains a hard drive, SSD, or other form of storage, this must be removed before it is sent for recovery. Pack the device with the form number


Identify your device with the form number
(above) and pack it well so that it will not be damaged in transit. You can use foam, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, or any impact-absorbing material.

After packing,
also identify the box with the form number.

Wait for the information in e-mail

The Bot team will generate a Posting Authorization Code and send information in. your email.

Deliver your device to the Post Office or shipping company

After receiving the e-mail with informations, go to Post Office (Brazil) or wait for company in your address (Portugal).

Your shipment will be 100% off from any cost.

When will you receive the budget?

When we receive your device, we will start the countdown for sending the analysis and estimate to your e-mail.


This deadline will follow the modality chosen when filling out the form:
urgent (up to 12h), priority (up to 24h) or free (up to 48h).

Notice

We remind you that in case the budget is not approved, the costs of returning the device (R$55 – Brazil and 10 € – Portugal) are paid by the client, and it will be returned to the preferred address.

Remove all accessories from the device

Cables, sources, cases, covers, cases, etc. are not needed in the data recovery process, so there is no need to have them on hand.

Only the device is required.

Our receptions and delivery times

You will not find a specific Bot office, but rather a partner company specialized in serving our customers. They are business centers and coworkings and allow us to cover several cities in the country, generating more proximity and comfort for you at the time of delivery. On this page are all the reception opening hours. When you arrive, simply show your form number, and you will receive your proof of delivery.
